Default Check engine light likely cause

Hi guys. My 2007 RX350 popped the check engine light. Stopped at an auto parts store and read the codes. They were:

P0300 P0301 P0302 P0303 P0304 P0305 P0306

C0215 C1201 C01223

U0073 UI0123 U0124 U0125

I am most concerned with the P03xx codes. Could this be one common part? I'm on the road about 1500 miles from home, any help would be appreciated.

Tried to continue on our vacation but the engine is misfiring worse than yesterday, but I was able to limp into a Denver Lexus dealer. They are in the process of analyzing the car right now. If they can't fix it today, I will be stuck her till Wednesday.

I would check ignition coils, I think those are misfire codes? And the only code out 350 has ever thrown was a misfire on the 6 cylinder which ended up clearing itself. We brought it to the dealer and apparently it's not uncommon for carbon go cause the cel but the car clearing the carbon out on its own I guess.

The problem turned out to be only an ignition coil, cyl #5 to be specific. I am thankful it wasn't more complicated (and expensive) than that. The fact that it caused 14 different codes makes me wonder about the soundness of Toyota's electrical design.
