If you have a 2006 RX330 with the tow package and are in need of a trailer wiring harness, you can use Curt Wiring Harness # 55255 along with a mounting bracket (Curt Part # 58300). Buying stuff on eBay saved me about $25 as opposed to buying the Toyota harness (Part # 0894248870BB).

The Curt harness is about 3 ft long and was made for 2001-2004 Ford/Mazda vehicles. I don't know why they don't have the RX330 on that list. Here are some pics I took of the harness & bracket, wrapped in spiral tubing.
