Easist way to improve handling? RX400h
I've had a 2007 RX400h for two years now, 80k miles on it. I just put new Bridgestone Ecopia tires on it, and they're a bit more responsive than the Michelin OEMs that were on there.
I'd really like to tighten up the handling a little bit. On turn in, there's a lot of body roll. I don't expect this to handle like my wife's Acura sedan, but it sure feels a bit sloppy to me. I do tend to have bikes hanging off the back and carry a bit more weight than most typical RX owners.
Ideal situation would be to find eurethane front bushings for the anti-sway bar. I've searched and haven't found any. Maybe some of the current parts are worn, but it just passed inspection at the local dealer when I did the IPM recall.
Any other easy/affordable ways to tighten up the sloppy body roll? Sway bar kits? I'll get new KYB struts next year, but that's a bit more money than I want to spend right now.

Polyurethane sway bar bushings may help a bit, but they sometimes make a squeaking sound,so a greasable type may easy to handle.

Smassey, thanks found your other post.
Sounds like the consensus is I need to just accept it until I put new kyb shocks on, and I'll replace a bunch of bushings at that time. I hate squeaks, so thanks for the heads up on urethane.
I drove a loaner rx350 when I had the ipm recall done last month. That car was a LOT firmer and better handling than my rx400. Interesting that Lexus feels that even the blond grandmas that usually buy these things like firmer handling. I'm certainly not the usual demographic (outdoorsy adventure sports flog the car on mountain dirt roads -aka a Subaru buyer). For the record, this car can get up some nasty roads with huge water bars, even with the half-a***ed "AWD" of the hybrid
