Question Anyone Put H9 bulbs in their halogen low beams?

Our halogens use H11 bulbs. H9 bulbs can be modified easily to fit, and they output 20-40% more light. I'm coming from an '04 LS430 with the best HID projectors in the world, and I'm amazed at how good the light pattern is from these lowbeams. If I could boost output just a tad, I don't think a projector retrofit would even be a huge upgrade.

Has anyone done this?

Cheers!

Why not just buy HIDs for your car? If you like the light pattern and just want to boost output, that seems like the best way.

For the best light output and long life of the bulb, select the 35w ballast, XB35 4500k bulb, and HD Relay. It's a really easy install and it has a 5 year warranty.

Just looking for a plugandplay and inexpensive option for now.
