Default RX 330 Power Issue After Replacing Junction Block

Hi,
I am seeking help please.

Had the junction block and subharness replaced on my RX 330. Just left the dealer today and now my power windows won't work or the power locks and seat memory.

Does anyone know if this a computer issue that can be fixed easily by me or do I have to return to the dealer?

Thank you!

Do you still have the manual? There should be information in there relating to the issues that you are having.

All of those items have to be reset after the battery has been disconnected, probably lost one touch on the SR and radio presets as well.

You can search here or use the manual.

Memory seats and windows/sunroof have to be reset...but the locks don't need to be reset which makes me think that something is wrong. I would go back to the dealer.

If you mean keyless entry then yes you just need to re initialize them. Windows are easy. Put each window down 1/2 way the go up and hold up on the switch for 2 seconds once the window is fully up. Do this for each window at there door switch. Keyless entry is more involve and won't make sense if I try to explain how to do it.

Something is disconnected.
