2nd vs 3rd generation styling/design
In my opinion, the 2nd generation RX is soooo much prettier than the redesign for the 3rd generation. When the 2010 came out, I really felt like the RX took a step back in aesthetics. I think a big part of that was because they removed the pillars on the rear windows. But overall, the lines and shape of the 2nd gen is just much more striking to me. Just my personal opinion. What do y'all think?

Awesome poll! It would interesting to also post this in the 3rd gen section, just for kicks.
For me, I like the exterior styling of the 2nd gen RX more than I do the 3rd gen. However, I have to admit that I do like the look of the 3rd gen interior over the 2nd gen, but just barely. Thus, it's only really fair to call them equal in my book.

2nd Gen i think was the pioneer of the current crossover look. The new trend is going to be more towards the Audi and boxier looks but for many years the crossover field really took design hints from the rx. The latest RX is rather nice but I feel doesn't combine the luxury and sporty looks as well as the 2nd Gen. I also am not a huge fan of the bottom line of the car...it just looks unfinished.
