Rack and Pinion VSC Light Problem

Hello. I just replaced the steering rack and pinion on my 2009 Lexus RX350 two-wheel drive. Afterwards, I drove the car for less than a mile, and the VSC light and the car slipping light came on. What could be the problem? Please help. Thank you.

You need to check for trouble codes. Most auto supply stores will read this for free.
