Wheel lock socket missing

I can get a replacement from mcgard, Is it worth spending the $15 for that or tear the locks off with a lug off and just purchase new regular lugs?

If they are OEM wheels I would just remove them and replace with regular lug nuts. If you have custom wheels you can contact Mcgard for a replacement.
