Default rx2006 window problem. plz help

Hello,

I recently got into an accident ( a rear end collision) where I was rear ended by 2 other cars piled up.

took it a body shop....got everything fixed...

now I have the car back but....

the passenger side windows does not seem to close fully, when closed either manually or auto, it tends to go all the way up and then slide back an inch or two..

I tried the reset procedure which goes in the order of pushing the window holding it for a sec and pushing it up all way and holding it for couple of seconds.

did it in the order of the following.

driver (front)
passenger (front)
passenger (rear)
driver (rear)
moonroof

I am still having the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

vik

Your pinch prevention is activating for whatever reason. Check for proper alignment on window track!

Take it back to the body shop that repaired the vehicle, have them fix the problem.

I agree with Rainbird. Take it back to the body shop that repaired the window and have them look at it again. They obviously haven't done something right.
