This just in. It will be called RX 330 for the US.
What's real interesting is that it'll be made initially in Japan.

    WHAT:   Lexus will unveil the all-new 2004 RX 330, the second generation
            of its ground-breaking mid-sized luxury sport utility vehicle.
            The striking RX 330 is fully redesigned, more powerful and even
            better equipped than the best-selling Lexus RX 300 it replaces.

            Initially, the 2004 RX 330 will be built in Kyushu, Japan, but
            starting in September, it will become the first Lexus built
            outside Japan when production starts at Toyota Motor
            Manufacturing Canada Inc. located in Cambridge, Ontario.
