My 04 RX330 occasionally will slip going from 2nd to 3rd.
Seems to only happen when sitting in traffic and then turning left.
I can't get it to do it consistently.
Car has 125k and transmission was serviced at 118k

Did you have the tsb re-flash done? It help`s a lot, doesn't completely solve the problem, but is much better. Btw, when you say it was serviced, was the filter changed as well? Was Toyota Type IV fluid used? And last but not least, make sure it is filled to the correct level.
