Default Rx330 AWD Strong shake when braking wet

I installed 4 DRT rotors (slotted and drilled) and new brake pad (Akebono ACT996 ProACT Ultra-Premium Ceramic Brake Pad Set) on on my 04 RX330 AWD with 43k miles. Yes, it's over kill, but I really liked the look of the car and the braking is a world of different between the wrapped original rotors and the slotted/drilled. They have about 6,000 miles on them and have no issues with it so far in any weather (rain, snow, Sandy)...

Then, one day after I washed my car at home (winter salt, washed under carriage) and then took the car out for a drive. The car is still wet as I'm pulling out of the drive way and doing small brakes, I felt this huge vibration coming from the brake. It felted like I have solid metal brake pads installed on my brake instead of the ceramic. It brake really hard and the car shake and make huge metal rubbing sound. I stop and checked, no damage on the rotors, nothing. I then drove it around a bit and brake slowly, as I'm doing this, the braking gotten better and better and eventually went back to normal. I tested this again the following week by wetting the brake part of the wheels, and it happen again. Is this something I should be worry?

I do want to point out that when I'm driving in high speed in the rain or snow, no issue whatsoever with the braking, no noise, no shake. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? I'm thinking is because the pads were wet and need to dry out? But I didn't have this issues with the old brake pads and rotors. Brake fluid? They look OK and I'm thinking about changing them when the weather get warmer.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Try cleaning the rotors with brake cleaner friend. You may have residue built up on the rotor that does not react well with water and the pads.
