I personally wouldn't be worried, as 162k is nothing.
Try and negotiate on the price, even though it is already low considering the year and miles. I'd go for it, if all else is in good condition and the car look's like it was taken care of well.

Make sure you get all the options you want, don't settle for something you would miss down the road. Take it to an independent shop to examine for $100 or so to find any repairs needed.
