Used car prices are high do to the Cash for Clunkers program removing so many from inventory....I would shop internet and make offers...let them stew on your offers till you get what you want.

Just to tempt you more, it has already had the timing belt changed and the steering rack was replaced at 75K. It is white, tan leather/brown dash (not black) wood everywhere, DVD ent system, navigation, tow package, AWD, power rear hatch, Brakes are new and all fluids changed 2 months ago.

I've never used KBB as a price gauge. You can gauge the price as you do your research and look around the various car websites (Cars.com, Autotrader.com, eBay etc.)
For a car with 130k miles. It is not worth it to buy at that price. I bought my 2004 RX 330 with 58000 miles with Navigation package for $17,100. This was several months after I saw another 2004 RX that had around 100k miles and base. The asking price on that was $15000.
Just keep looking, you'll find one that fits you perfectly.
