Stereo faceplate (lens) removable?

Stereo faceplate (lens) removable?
Can the clear (lens) part of the stereo faceplate be removed on a 2009 RX350? (Not Nav) Somehow there is a debris behind it that needs to be removed.

I don't believe you can do so without removing the radio and dismantling it. I had looked at ithe issue because of some distortion visible with polarized lenses in sunglasses. But I may be wrong.... An 'air cleaner' (pressured air in a can) might help (?)
