is there any reason why some of the posts remain un-replyed even though more than 40 people looked at it.... is there any specific way to ask help to get helped... just curious.

If I see a post and (have time to respond) but am not sure about the answer, I would pass. Only if I see a followup post with "any suggestion welcome", I would post a reply.

I have seen most of the posts are answered within 2 days, but very few are answered immediately.

I can understand the importance and urgency from the poster point of view and feel free to bump by adding a few lines.
