You need a new radiator most possible.

I have my factory one replaced @150,000 km, now 70,000 km later it shows a bit leaking sign and will keep an eye on it at each oil change.

If you are asking for help with figuring out where the leak is, the short answer is check hoses, connection points, seams, and the plastic tank on the side of the radiator. It might be helpful to wipe away the dried material and look for where it builds up again.
Another option is to get a UV dye that goes in your coolant and detect the dye to find the leak.

In any case, at least check under the radiator cap with a cooled engine and add distilled water to top it up if necessary. Also fill the overflow tank to the 'full' line. These steps are to help prevent things from getting worse.

Yeah. You need a radiator. Mine had a leak and I watched it for about a year and a half but the corrosion increased. After the repair car ran much better than before. Go to JC Whitney auto supplies on line. Call them. They will provide a personal consultant. Great customer service.
I have 05 RX 330. High end Radiator from Whitney about $200 and install about $200. Far cry from $1000 quote from Toyota.

I'd just replace it. I had a few leaks on my 07' 400h and just not worth fixing. They're cheap enough. I did use a glue gun stick to reattach the foam from the old one to the new one. I got mine on Amazon, Denso. It was identical to the OEM one I pulled out.

$90

They also have them at Napa.
