Question Another purchase help 04 rx

Hello all,
It is a 04 rx with navi, rear camera, moon roof, HID,18in wheel,FWD , leather model. Milage is 134000, a bit high. Body is original , but digs everywhere.
Record has it up to 120k at dealer, and timing belt and water pump and some stuff are done at independent shop. Brake rotor is a bit shaking like some threads has mentioned. Tire has about 10k left.
The driver rear door weatherstripping is separate from the body...

The price. 12500 asking price. It is low. I don't drive a lot , probably 10k a year, and I have a new car last year but it is a MT. Wife wants to drive , so looking for a replacement AT car. It is not a desired move, for me. So , I would like some suggestions from this nice forum/people about what am I expecting ahead of me if I get it.

Thanks for looking at me mumbling.

I wouldn't buy it. Too many miles. Will probably have or has tranny issue. I hate dings and body imperfections. Its missing a door molding. Needs new rotors. It just sounds like a piece of shhh. You get what you pay for.

I have 150 on mine and have only had a few issues. Had one air strut go out, loose fan motor connection, replaced rotors (thought with mileage any vehicle will have this), and a bearing in the front.

I would offer about 11K and see if they go for it. It is not a POS, just a higher mileage vehicle. I would definitely have it checked out though by an independent mechanic just to make sure it was not neglected too badly by the previous owners.

Thank for the input. Yeah , even with Lexus good reliability record, that mileage number still makes me worry about tranny going to go anytime.
