TPMS on 2008 RX350 Question
Make sure all tires are inflated to the recommended pressure. That also includes the SPARE tire (which is usually the problem tire). In fact the TPMS light happens with the spare tire so frequently that I over inflate it (38 psi).
once you inflate all tires including the spare to the proper pressure it should go away. if it does not. turn the key to the on position (accessories) and hold the reset button which is under the dash by the knee air bag. hold it until the light begin to flash. wait till it flashes 3 times then turn the key off complete. then turn your car on and after driving for about 10-20 minutes it will go away. I had this problem last week and I got the instruction from the owners manual. all is well now.
