Door hinge damage on wifes RX 350
Hello
Today my wife opened the driver side door and the wind grabbed a hold of it and now the door hits the front fender when opening and closing because the gap between the fender and the door is very small. When the door is closed there is like 1/16 inch gap between the front of the door and the end of the fender. So when opening the door it rubs against the fender. This is because the wind blew the door open and slightly pulled out the 2 hinges about 1/8 of an inch.
Is there any fix for this? Do I have to remove the entire door to see if I can bend the hinges back? Not sure what to do.
This video shows how someone fixed it on their car but my hinges are facing the other way and this will not work for me.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
Pete
