I have a 2004 RX330. I want to remove the front door panels in order to install new mirrors which for some reason cannot be adjusted anymore. The panels appear to be split and the upper part do not appear to have any visible method of attaching to the door frame. Any help would be appreciated in removing these panels. Thank you
