So i went to two different lexus dealers and they both told me the sound i was hearing are from the tires, they said they're cupped. So since the tires are expensive and I am not really bothered by the noise I will leave it be.

Cupped tires are usually a sign of a shock/strut problem. Still something amiss.

cupped tires can produce the "whoosh-whooosh" kind of sound. I had all four of my tires cupped, albeit on a different car and, incidentally, they were bridgestone summer performance tires. replaced them with all-season Yokohama and I was a happy camper from then onwards...

No, no rattling noise just the whirring noise. Talked to the service advisor again at the lexus dealer and he said that a couple other rx owners with the same tires have come in and complained about the same issue, sounds like a defect in these Bridgestone Dueler tires. Firestone says its the suspension and dealer says its the tires.
Wouldn't a blown or leaking strut would change the ride quality? I also did the push down on the car and see if the car bounce back up or not test and bounces up nice and slowly like it should. Any one else having same issue?

not happy
I took my 2010 RX 350 with 28000 miles in due to noise I thought was from rear tires, Yep rear wheel bearing needs replacment. Same time I felt the front end had a "clunker" type sound when going over rough road. That was due to a universal joint that needs replacment. Not a happy gal today. All covered by warranty but at 28000 miles, not a good thing. Listen to your wife....we have good hearing.

Ok so I have question for the RX owners, my wife swears there is somethin wrong wit the car because there is a loud "whirring" noise coming from the rear when the vehicle is in motion.
I think its the tire road noise, I have the OEM Bridgestones that came with the car but she thinks it somethin else. Before I go to the dealer and maybe look like a dumba$$ I wanted to know if any of you have the same issue.
