That's the way I heard it works. They swipe a card & the additives are added as the tanker is filled.

i'm from wisconsin also and i've seen this on numerous occasions...where the same truck goes from station to station. it's hard to believe anything these days. whether it's BP, Shell, Chevron, etc....same gas from same place. i pump from whichever gas station that is closest to me when i need it and cheap. if it's cheaper than most places, i pump it. i don't really care about the name. but i do care about using the required octane rating. i've been doing this for over 30+ years on every car that i've owned and not one engine crap out on me.
