One of my retaining screws fell out of the lower part of my bumper skid plate/right passenger inner fender liner, and on the highway the passenger wheel ate it up. I am having a hard time finding the part number(s), I've attached a pic of the piece hoping someone could help, it's shredded but still bolts back on.

Basically it connects to the skid plate in the front and has that little plastic front "mud flap" type piece hanging right in front of the front wheel - not sure if the mud flap comes separately from the large piece that looks like it wraps up from the bottom of the car to the front half of the wheel well.

The "mud flap" (pad) that hangs down is a separate part. Picked one up recently and the part number on the receipt is 53852-0E011. It didn't come with the bolts though.

You bet. Actually I didn't even consider aftermarket. The cost seemed somewhat reasonable at $23.60 CAD.
