The check system and tire warning light on my 08 Lexus 400H came on and I cant reset it. All the tire pressures were at 32# and I tried turning the car to the "on" position and pressing the reset under the steering column but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

 

Check your spare?

 

yes the spare is also at 32#

 

Does the RX have the switch in the glovebox to monitor a second set of tires? Could you have hit this switch by accident and it's looking for non-existent tires?

 

the button under the glove box is for the main set. Tried to reset in both positions.

 

Did you have any tire serviced recently? Sounds like a sensor may be broken.

 

Taking it in for service next week will post what they find. Thanks for the help.
