Do any of you '08 RX400h owners have problems with a buzzing sound that is only heard by the other party when using the handsfree / bluetooth in your car?

There was a thread previously that discussed this issue

and apparently there was a TSB issued specifically for this: EL007-07

However, I am experiencing the identical problem and unfortunately my RX does not fall within the VIN range of the TSB.

I've checked to see that my phone is on Lexus' supported list

and I don't have any problems with my phone in my GS350, so I'm fairly certain it's not the phone! I've also played with the bluetooth settings which did nothing to eliminate this problem.
