I have 08' rx350. Any of you experience undesirable neck strain, due to the fact that the headrest doesn't adjust forward, therefore you havae to either lean-back your back or lean-forward for better visibility.

 

No head rest will fit everyone, some are better than others, the ones in the RX is middle of the line.

 

it is not matter of fitting your head but it would be nice if it tilts forward (like camry or 2010 RX), so that you can comfortably REST your head on it. Any bright ideas guys?
