Default RX 350 AWD, Premium Package, No Nav

Hello -
Wanted to get a sanity check on this lease offer. It seems like an excellent deal, but thought you all would know best.

2009 RX350
AWD
Premium Package
No Nav

No cash down. $1400 in upfront costs, including first months payment. 15,000 miles per year. 36 months. $439 per month, not including tax.

What do you all think?

We "all" don't think the same thing. Many of "us" think leases are a bad deal; purchases are better in the long run, which is the only way to analyze a car deal, and often, but not always, paying 100% cash is better than taking out a loan.
As for this lease offered to you, I'd need more details, but if you have any reservations at all, that's a bad sign. "No cash down" often means you will be paying later. In the meantime, you've paid over $15,000 to rent a car for 3 years.

Default Lease deal

I don't really have reservations. Just looking to see if folks think this sounds like a good deal. I'm actually interested in leasing as I think the auto market is going to change dramatically in the next 2-3 years with a slew of new hybrids coming on the market. I don't want to be caught in that transition with a car with low resale, but we need a new car now as our current lease is ending.

The deal they offered me is a better deal than a Honda Pilot we an MSRP of 34K vs. the 43K of the Lexus.

I would lease an RX 350 right now, as that's where all the incentives are, and the value of the current generation will take a significant hit come March.
