I get this loud clunk/pop from the front, it sounds like its coming from the suspension. But it happens when I go on any sort of incline, accelerating (only when pushing a little faster than normal) and decelerating. So basically any time the front end moves it clunks loudly.

I know it could be anything suspension related or even maybe a motor mount, but maybe this has happened to somebody else and could narrow it down.

It is a 04 RX330 2wd with almost 70,000 miles.

That could also be one of the exhaust gaskets beneath the vehicle. I had such a clunk with my RX300 and that turned out to be the mystery cause, but it took myself and my neighbor to take turns listening and we found the cause. With a lot of those external pops/clicks, it usually takes another person outside the vehicle to listen/

There is a gasket that should be just in front of the catalytic converter beneath the middle of the vehicle and it can sometimes sound like is coming from the front of the vehicle.

 

I also have the clunk/thump noise every time I accelerate (not from a full stop) during cruising range of 60 km/h and when i decelerated to around 30 km/h. I couldn't replicate the problem at the dealership. I brought it back 3 freaking times already and they couldn't pin point the problem. I still have it and its very annoying. I'm waiting for my odometer to hit 30k for service and this time will go to a different dealership and tell them to fix it.
