Has anyone recently logged into the Lexus website on the owner's section and been asked to enter a security question and answer?

As I mentioned on a "ps" in an earlier message the website does not seem to properly update. I was able to select my question and answer and enter them, but then when I clicked on a selection on the left side like "Maintenance" it again asked for the question and answer, so I could NOT access any information!!

 

My login was the same as usual. No issue with security questions. Perhaps you lost a cookie or your browser is having issues?

i hadn't logged on for awhile so i did today. i was able to log in as usual but it did highight that i needed to update my security question. i did and saved the answer. logged out and was able to log back in as usual. seems to be working today.
