Does anyone else hear squealing noise when making turns on their RX? I admit I do drive aggressively, but even on slow turns, I hear a faint squeaking sound. Could be just the road surface, not sure... I do wish sometimes that the RX could have better handling...

I have read everyone's comments and still can't decide what tires to buy for my RX350. I have been reading reviews on Goodyears and Michelins and am not pleased with what I have read. Any suggestions?

I put Michelins on the 05 & 99 and was not pleased with the noise levels.

Thank you all.

well, what ever you do, dont get the goodyears. they are "performance" oriented and they last <30K each. however, i do notice that they did grip better.

i had the goodyears for 3 sets, once changed at 30K and once changed at 60K. i hear i did well with those and im not that satisfied. At 60K i requested the michelines. honestly, i dont hear any difference in noise level, and the grip is worse when makign fast turns. it feels like the tires are buckling. anyways, the michelines are at least rated M+S, which the goodyears are not. im at 84K miles now, and from the looks of it, i still have a lot of tread left.

people on this forum will tell you to get the dueler alenzas because they last the longest and are the most quiet. however, the wording on the side walls makes them seem too "butch" for the type of SUV. not a classy tire.

if you do end up with the michelines, you should buy your tires from costco because they will have a tread warranty for you

Raises hand. I am a happy owner of the Alenza's. Better tire life and better handling by a large margin. Quiet, good in snow and so NOT "butch".

lol that picture just proves my point. notice how the lettering stands out, the font looks huge....highlighted by the hideous trapezoids. its just so macho looking.
