Default ClearBra on RX350?

Just got a 2007 RX350 and I am new here, so this may have been asked before. How popular is the ClearBra on RX350? Did you do the whole hood and front bumper or just the nose? How much did it run you either way? TIA

Welcome aboard!

I have the RX330 and let me tell you. I am glad I did the clear bra versus the mask. The mask over time collects gravel underneath it and starts to scratch the surface of the paint. I did the entire front (i.e. front hood, bumper and side panel also did the side mirrors. I love it. You won't regret it.

p7m13- welcome to the clublexus fam.

most of the members here have just the front 1/4 - 1/3 of the hood, bumper, and the front of the fenders done. you can get the side mirrors and door cups done as well but it may cost a little more.

check out this thread on getting a clear bra in norcal.

to save some dough, bypass the dealer and contact a shop locally via this page: http://www.clearbrafilms.com/utah

If you tell them you're on the clearbrafilms.com site and that you have a whole list of shops to call, you'll likely get the best price so they can earn your business.

Good luck!

Clifford

Thumbs up It will be done this Saturday

Thanks guys.
I called the place where I had my two Acuras' (Legend GS and CL) windows tinted years ago and the guy told me they also do clear bras for the Lexus dealers. I am very happy with the tint jobs they did, so I set up this Saturday to do the clear bra there. It's about $549 for the standard coverage - 24" on the front hood, whole front bumper, 24" on front of the two side panels and two mirrors. I was thinking to do the whole hood and sides, but that would run $1100.
