getting a rx330 for my wife, need input

hi
i have a gs400 for few years, love that car, so far 0 problems other than regular oil change and stuff.
i want to get a car for my wife, was looking at rx330, i have read few people complaining about the transmission/shifting or related problems which i thought were only ES related.

so my question is to you guys do you guy recommend this car? i am looking for a 04 with around 60k miles for around 23k-24k with nav and backup camera.

i would really like to stick with lexus as i really dont like anything else so does my wife we test drove a acura TL and mdx, she was like WTF and thats coming from a girl who has no clue about cars.

The bigeest problem with the Rx330 that I know of is the transmission flare and the wrap rotors.

Generally, can not go wrong with an RX330.

By the way, I got my replacement Owner's Manual in the mail yesterday. I ordered one from the Lexus.com website. Nice, real nice!
