I've never seen the 17" wheel on this gen RX in person although when i go on tire websites the option is there. unless the design is exactly identical to the 18"?

I'm trying to put as much read on the road as I can w/o the tires 'ballooning.'
Is 235/55/18 too big or too small?
Other recs? Trying to get maximum stability to offset the higher center of gravity of an RX.
