Ok everyone dont be mad, but i did do research before asking my question, i wanted to replace the license plate bulbs, now i got some PIAA LED 194 bulbs from a local speed shop. I installed them and they worked for like 2 secs, started to flash and stopped. So my question is am i doing somthing wrong or do only certain type brands / certain spec bulbs work in the Rx330?

 

assuming that those are the right size bulbs, if they flashed and stopped might mean one of two things.....

1) the bulb is blown
2)fuse us blown

i have also heard that the wires may not have enough "juice" for those bulbs.

 

isn't it that LED doesn't take much of Voltage compare with the regular light bulb?

 

well, i can tell you this, i tried the bulbs within the parking light bulb too and they will work for like a couple of mins, the leds will flash and stop working all together. idk maybe your right theres not enough juice. i did have a previous pair of these bulbs but the light was so low it wasnt worth it so i exchanged them but for wutever reason these didnt work, o well maybe ill try a diffrent bulb manufacture and have some better luck.

 

Doesnt the license plate bulbs on the RX take a 168 bulb?
