I have not personally installed this kit, but I can describe it as this: If you can remove the OEM pieces, you shouldn't have trouble installing these. These are OEM quality pieces, and are used at dealers in Japan as optional parts! (Just like Nismo for Nissan, and TRD for Toyota)

Mike,
I will agree on this. Having worked on the bumpers and side panels of my RX300 on occasion, one basically needs some flathead and some philips head screwdrivers. My uncle frequently installs custom panels for other vehicles and I have other friends involved in the business down here and not too hard of a thing to do.

Sharp looking kit, does it come painted to your vehicle color or do you need to have it painted?
These kits come unpainted. I personally do not recommend ordering painted kits from the manufacturers, unless you have a brand new vehicle. Reason being that paint fades over time, so the older your vehicle, the less chance that these pre-painted kits will match.
I'm assuming this kit is also good for RX350s... What would be the ballpark estimate to get everything painted and installed?
It is tough to estimate paint and install costs because there are too many variables. I would suggest personally installing this kit, since it is usually rather expensive for such a simple process. Painting can cost as little as $300-$400, but again, it all depends on the bodyshop.
