Hi, are you using LP3 basic 07 RX350 and do you have 6.1 Nav . In one earlier post you mentioned -- it sort of works...
The first post caught my interest, but upon further reflection, I think that for $250.00 I'll just keep on touching the "I Agree" button for a while.
Jeeezz. For 250 it ought to serve tea at 4.

The Lockpick 3 Basic is only $99. not $250. It gets rid of the "I Agree" screen - most of the time. If you go into reverse before allowing the "I Agree" screen to come on and have the LP3 push the button for you - when you return to drive, you will still have to press the button. I would rate this a 95% solution.
The nav override also is not perfect but does work. When you go to the DEST screen while driving the buttons remain greyed out. To activate the override you press the red pin in the upper left of the screen. It then electronically switches off the speed sense to the nav and the buttons all light up allowing input. After a few seconds they will again go grey for a few seconds then light up again allowing input. So you can use it sort of. Not perfect, but workable. I would rate this also a 95% solution. Oh, one other thing - while the LP3 in navi mode is active, the nav system will not track you. If you're close to a turn that you needed to make, you may pass it before you're done making a new destination and going back to the map screen. When you go back to map, it takes a few seconds for it to re-find you and create the routes.
And, I am using this on an '07 RX350 with 6.1 map s/w.
Install takes less than 5 minutes.
It did take 3 units from Coastal to get me one that worked, but they did keep sending me units untill it did.
