Default Help Please - Wheel Lug Nut P/N Cross Reference

Hello -

Can anyone help with cross referencing whether there's any Toyota that uses the same lug nut as an '06 RX330?

(Mine are botched up from 'mechanics' unwittingly using air wrenches and over-torquing them.)

Thanks in advance for any help.

Bob.....

You may have other issues if the lug nuts were over-torqued. One of the most common effects is warped brake rotors. Have your rotors checked for lateral run-out, particularly if you notice a shudder under moderately hard braking from 50-60 MPH. That's why it's important NEVER to let a grease monkey with an impact tool near your Lexus. While good quality air tools can be preset for a torque limit, they do not always work. You might check with your Lexus dealer, to see what damage was done and get an estimate for repair - then go back to that "mechanic" and have him pay for any damage done to the rotors, studs, and nuts on your RX.
