1. Write a text message and scroll down to the "Attach Files" and click the "Manage Attachments".
2. Then upload your PDF file
3. Post your message as per normal
Hope that helps...

While I'm sure all those technical PDF files are sure to help someone, and with all due respect, what about everyday folks like me? How does that help me to buy a key off eBay and have it cut and programmed by a locksmith?
How would I go about doing this?
Thanks!

It all means, you do not have a prayer!
It only has a few bucks worth of stuff in there, but they charge you, what, $300 for a spare key?
The mechanical key itself is easily duplicated. It is the electric starting mechanism, where the key hole stuff sends a message to the key and expects to get the right answer! That is what we have to try to figure out.

Still wondering if you can program a new key by yourself or if its only the dealer that can do it for you...
I know with many other cars you can program the transponder yourself by putting your master key in for a few secs, taking it out and then putting the new key in for a few secs, but not sure about for a 2004 RX330 and what the correct sequence and criteria would be...
Thanks.

Well since I'm the OP, I'll update the situation then. We brought the car to a locksmith who charged us $75 to program the key (without the masterkey because we lost it). He said if we had the masterkey, they'd only charge us $25 to program it.
He used some type of diagnostic tool to reset the ECU or something, I'm quite unsure. He was even nice enough to not touch the $3000 I had in the center console at the time
