Default Rattle/Bump Sound

i get this rattle/bump sound coming from the rear/boot when going over uneven road.

suspected something is loose and jumping around but removed all my stuffs in the storage trays and still it is there. tried removing the trays but could not take out the tool tray. anyone knows how to do this?

could the sound be from somewhere else? sounded like plastic hitting plastic/metal. only hear it when going over uneven road so it should be something loose... juz cant pinpoint what!

ride is harrier yr manufacture 2006 so should be same body as lexus rx350.

cheers!

managed to fix the rattle sound. culprit was the storage tray for the tools. took it out (had the dealer showed me how) and found that the stock insulation (hardened bitumen) did not cover the entire car bottom. hence, a few of the support legs of this storage tray were thumping on bare metal when i go over uneven roads. i put insulation lining on every possible contact area, plus line the areas where the trays sit on the frame with some weatherstrip (sponge type).

ride is now silent :-)
