Multiple Security Deposits to reduce Monthly

Hi Guys:

Putting multiple security deposits will reduce your money factor on a lease.
I put 9 MSDs + taxes upfront for my 07 RX 350.00 and the best I got in NJ was 455/mo.

MSRP: 45683
Sell Price: 40431.00

Down: 0
Tax: 1202
Doc fee: 199
Bank fee: 600
DMV etc: 300
9 MSD: 4275 (refunded at end of lease)
First mo: 455
