One day I mysteriously found the cover to the top of my bumper missing. Passenger side - right below where headlights are. Called Lexus who said they would need to order a sub-actuator assembly for $250 in addition to the cover. Have not been able to get a clear answer on why I need the $250 part when all I am looking for is to replace the missing cover. No information available that I can find in the manual. Might have something to do with windshield wiper for headlights.

Any one with any insight?
