Hi guys looking to get a RX330 and noticed the option for a performance package for the 06 models. I guess this includes 18 inch rims? Is the ride significantly stiffer than the 17s or is the 18 inch wheels the best way to buy the RX330?

 

I couldn't notice any difference in the ride comfort between the too sizes.

I've got the 18" wheels and while they have performed ok (Goodyears) they do tend to wear quickly. The choices for 18" tire replacements is still meager at best. The 17" size offers more alternative tires to choose from. Not a big deal for me as I'm likely to trade my RX in for a new one this fall when (if) they release the RX 350.
