Does anyone have information on how to make the navigation system fully operable whil the vehical is moving? It is frustrating that the passenger can not use while underway.

no, for safety reasons Lexus does not allow this on any model.

there may be ways to bypass it; do a search on here to find out more information. plus, some people reported complications with the bypass due to the fact that nav system thinks you are not in motion when entering.
