Hi all,

Just came across this thread regarding replacement tire and tire sizes for RX330 18"s. Anyone tried to go with 255/50VR18? From the Toyo site, 255/50VR18 is the +0 sizing for the RX330 235/55VR18 size.

Please advise as my goodyear are in need of a replacement shortly.

Cantsleepnk actually called Toyo and they said that it was not recommended. Unfortunately for the RX330 and the way they are made and set up, the best tire size to go with is the 235/55/18. Bridgestone actually has a new tire out....Dueler Alenza coming out in March which is suppose to be very good.

The Goodyears are the worst tires ever. Call up tire rack about the bridgestone as they ahould be out sometime within the next 2 weeks.

Hi all,

Just called up Yokohama earlier today, and they told me that they will be releasing a new line of Avid S/T that will have our size (235/55VR18). The rep mentioned it's in pre-production and should be out in a few months.

will see what happens.

 

Finanlly got the new tires for my RX. I couldn't wait any longer to get rid of the Goodyear RS-A. I ended up with the Bridgestone as the Pirelli Scorpions Zero was back ordered everywhere and there is a promotion going on this month.
