Default Squeal on RX-330 cold start

When starting my RX-330 after it has been sitting for several hours in cool weather, I get a high-pitched squeal that lasts for several seconds. Sounds like the fan belt to me. I have tried belt dressing with no success, and of course the squeal never happens for the service manager. Anyone have this problem?

This is about my only problem after 20,000+ miles, so I am not complaining too loudly. I love this vehicle!

Default Squeal on cold start

My 2001 RX300 has a squealing noise on cold starts. It lasts for about 5 minutes. Its not a grinding noise. But more like when the belt tensioner on my old Ford truck went bad. Ive also tried the belt dressing. But no luck.

I have car serviced --- including oil changes --- at either Lexus or Toyota dealer at intervals specified by Lexus.
