How much should I be paying .....
I know alot of it depends on market demand but I'm looking to get a AWD RX330 with Premium Plus Package, Heated Seates/Rain Sensor and the 18" Wheels. Dealer Invoice is at $36, 536. Edmunds is reporting $39,760 average going rate.
How much above invoice should I shoot for ?

The package you describe is probably sitting in inventory all over the place.
(Navigation or the Performance Package are the two things that would make the car harder to find.)
Many people have reported getting within a few hundred dollars of invoice, mostly through Internet-based deals. The Edumunds price is a lot more reasonable than sticker, but you can probably do better if you're willing to play hardball with the dealer.
