I just went out and did some tests, please change your title to something better descriptive so others can find this info if needed.
Test condition: key is in the ignition and all the way turned on, engine is off
Prep: pulled off a coil plug on front bank for test.
Measured: +12V from +B to GND.
Measured: +5V from IGF to GND.
Measured: +0V from IGT to GND.
I made some notes below. (posted in fair use for commentary and discussion).
I thank you very much for your time and effort.
As I said earlier, this is my first time on a forum so I don't know the etiquette.
I will try harder.
I havent studied the diagram fully yet, but I have to ask, does it make a difference if my coils are 4 wire?

Thanks again and forgive my for me sloppiness.
Yes sir, you have a 4 wire plug on the coils.
The diagram above shows all 4 wires for 2007-2009 rx350.
Your wires should match exact colors.
Would someone be so kind as to tell me where to find a diagram of the relay panel with labels as to what each relay is for?
This is for a 2007 Lexus RX350.
I have searched for over an hour and have had no luck.
This box is under the hood, in fact it's under the reservoir for brake fluid.
Is there a conspiracy afoot? This should take maybe 2 clicks to locate. I apologize if I have offended anyone here
I began this thread by stating that I have NO formal or otherwise, training or experience with Forums.

Thanks again and be Blessed.
Please post your voltages from the test above.
No reason to go looking for that relay yet.
The relay is indeed under the brake reservoir, and if you open it there is a sticker diagram showing what is what in the box. One or 2 bolts hold the brake reservoir.
The coils only have 5 volts.
The fuel pump has no power.
There is power for the fuel gauge.
My relay box, as I stated is under the brake reservoir.
It has NO cover, and NO sticker.
I would like to find a diagram to tell me what each of the relays is for.
I spent two hours searching for this information to no avail.
I searched and viewed several videos on how to test a relay, with conflicting info.I have a digital ohm meter
and a power supply,
If anyone can guide me a bit, point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.
I have a hard time understanding why someone would reply with a wisecrack about a sticker on the box.
It was missing when I got it. Why not just give me a link or a photo of the cover?
I appreciate all the help I've gotten here. I may not be as smart as the people here, but
with a couple of exceptions I've not gotten much help. I'm only asking for info. If someone here knows what the solution is please just tell me.
Why would someone take the time to read and post just to deliver a snide comment?
I'm trying real hard here, and I have very limited income and or resources.
Again I thank you folks, just letting me into your space is a privilege.
Apologies to anyone I have offended.
... I'm only asking for info. If someone here knows what the solution is please just tell me.
This may be where the confusion is coming from.
Sometimes it's hard to know from a post if someone is just looking for info or they need help in diagnosing the problem.
I was assuming the latter from reading your posts.
Ok so you just need info.
Please post of pics of the relay box with cover removed so we can see what you are looking at.
Mesquite says it's under the brake reservoir, let's see those relays.
PS, for anyone following along, in a forum it is customary to hit the "like button" to show you appreciate someone's post. If you don't, they may stop helping because they don't know if their input is appreciated or not

Sorry I don't have image editing software on this pc.
I welcome ANY input that isn't offensive. I should have taken the time to describe my issue when I started this thread, but I'm new to thiis. I didnt put anything in the topic line.
Thanks
Dang, someone has made off with your JB covers! Try this, note the SM (I suggest you get it BTW) shoes 2 IGN relays, 1 in engine room and one in cabin:
wow, this will keep me busy.
I want you people to know that I do appreciate your help. I know this takes time and effort, and it means a whole lot to me.
I wish I could return the favor.
