Default The "P2769" code

Hello everyone, I own a 2009 RX350 FWD with no tow package with about 120,000...... I have searched the interwebs for suggestions or ideas on how to tackle this generic transmission code that seems to pop up for all other types of car manufactures as well. It all averages to the same problem of it being (p2769 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Low). Folks from other scenarios have suggested to remove solenoid and test it which i have done. Cleaned it and connected to a battery and it clicks as it should, checked the wiring harness wire is intact, tested the resistance and it is WNR. It was due for a fluid change and i changed the filter and fluid. Funny thing is it will only pop up after a second trip, for example if i leave the house and go about 25 min on the road to run errands with normal driving and then stop to grab a beverage, i would then start it back up and within 5 -10 mins of driving it pops up again with the "p2769" code with also the trac off and vsc light blinking. It up shifts and down shifts normal there is no shutter or hesitation, magnets had normal very fine wear with no metal chunks.

My guess is that the the solenoid gets to operating temp and sticks or the alternator is not giving just enough juice for it to operate correctly. I will be taking to auto parts store to see if they could load test the alternator and see if it passes. if it does i guess ill be buying a new TCC solenoid and hope that works. Ive searched all over including this forum for any answers but it seems to be a problem that very few people have gone through. There was a time when i noticed that my (better half) would only put to 4 on the shifter and didnt know that she was supposed to be on D. I told her right away that it needed to be on D for the over drive. Out of the 3 weeks of owning the car its all been city driving so really hope she didnt cause major damage. Let me also add that the code didnt pop up until it was taking on a 2 hour drive at highway speeds approx 75-80 mph. I appreciate your time and help
