Default coming to slow stop + abs kicks in???

Hi everyone, It's been a few months now that i've noticed my 2009 rx350 has been doing this. If i'm rolling slowly down the road (ie: 20km/h) and coming to a slow stop, when i get down to under 10km/h (let's say around 5km/h), the pedal sinks a touch and it feels like abs kicks in to stop the car (brake pedal slightly vibrates). thankfully....this only happens at these slower speed and hot a faster highway speeds (Thank God! haha). it also doesn't happed all the time but very often.
Has anyone ever experienced this as well? i've had the car for about 6. years now and have never bleed the brakes and i don't know when it was done before me. could it be something with a wheel-speed sensor not working? i have no check engine light on or "brake" issue light.
thanks

You've had the car for 6 years and likely not certain the fluid had been changed much prior to your purchase... you're WAY beyond needing to do it plus it costs what, maybe $10 if you do it yourself? Why wait do it now if nothing else just as preventative maintenance. While there check your brake pads, regrease the pins, rotate the tires. Scary you've waited that long to be honest.

It's likely one or more of your tone rings. I had the same issue on my Highlander.

Update... well two days ago, i managed to bleed the brakes. I trie and still getting abs kicking in near stop.
i was reading about the abs sensors getting dirty with metal shavings, i managed to clean the fronts, but the back sensors are completely seized in there! I can't get them off! Any tips on how to get them off? The are in a bad spot on the knuckle (i think).
if it's not the sensor, any other ideas? I seriously hope it's not the tone rings ...

What I did was use a lot of penetrating oil and wiggle them back and forth with a screwdriver, being careful not to pry too hard. If they refuse to come out, they may have to get torched or drilled out which is obviously a major PITA. Thankfully, Rockauto has Aisin ones available for a very reasonable price.
